It is important to emphasize that any funds paid online as a deposit will not be carried over to future reservations. We kindly request that you arrive on time or preferably 10-30 minutes early to avoid any inconvenience.

We accept various card options, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex, to settle the remaining balance. Additionally, we offer convenient digital payment methods such as Zelle, Cashapp, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Please note that all payments made through these channels will incur an additional 3.5% service fee. Kindly be informed that we do not accept cash payments.

GPS does not provide refunds for any booked reservations. (We regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate any requests for redo's if concerns are not communicated at the time of service.)

In the event that you decide to cancel your reservation within a 48-hour timeframe, your deposit will be deemed non-refundable. Failure to notify us of cancellation or a no-show will result in a full charge equivalent to 100% of the reservation.

In the event that you submit a deposit for multiple reservations and subsequently decide to cancel any of them, the deposit amount will be forfeited. It is important to note that the forfeited deposit will not be transferred or applied to any other bookings you may have made.
